Business Analyst (February 2025)

Capital S Consulting, a dynamic, growing Salesforce consultancy is looking for entry / mid-level consultants that can develop skills translating client requirements into innovative, customized solutions using Salesforce technologies. Our business analysts are integral members of the project team supporting multiple client initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator that applies creativity, and detail orientation with a desire to work hard, and grow consulting and technical skills utilizing Salesforce Technologies.

Each member of the team is critical to our success. As a Capital S Business Analyst, you will partner with our team and key client resources to accurately assess technical requirements and specifications to customize Salesforce tools to meet a client's needs. You will participate in the entire development lifecycle, from gathering requirements through testing, final deployment, and end user training. We’re looking for an individual with strong technical acumen and project skills, that enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment. Job Responsibilities

  • With increasing independence join Capital S Senior Business Consultants in Client- facing meetings to determine software and hardware needs, conducting in-depth interviews, and analyzing work processes to seek out any opportunities to leverage Salesforce tools to drive process improvement and business results
  • Act as liaison between the Client and Capital S Developers, translating business requirements into a workable set of specifications
  • Independently and with others, develop, test, and deliver software system upgrades and improvements in a timely manner and ensure all systems function properly
  • Keep up to date on the newest technological developments; help business stakeholders anticipate future software needs
  • Respond to questions and concerns from Clients using the company software and routines
  • Keep detailed logs of all work requests, issues and suggestions. Recommend process and system modifications to address evolving client needs

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology, or a related field
  • Internship or other relevant experience analyzing data & developing solutions
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment to meet client timelines

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Certifications
  • Understanding of information technology design
